A control room built for people who already run one

Panels, live specials, and recurring programming need more than a single-camera stream. CastFork gives a production team a browser-based control room and a digital distribution list that goes out to every destination at once.

What a production team needs beyond a webcam and a link

Multistream everywhere your audience is

Multistreaming relays one program to up to 8 destinations at once on Business, without re-encoding per destination.

Custom RTMP reaches the rest

Custom RTMP channels reach any destination that isn’t a native platform login — your own CDN, a truck, or an in-house system.

An archive that outlasts the live moment

Cloud recordings retain for 30 days on Business, with a custom window on Enterprise — long enough to clip, re-cut, or hand to legal.

Per-destination numbers, not just totals

Stream analytics break out performance by destination, exportable as CSV or JSON for whatever reporting your org already runs.

Ingest, honestly

RTMP/RTMPS ingest and a live health monitor, no overselling

Encoders push to CastFork over RTMP or RTMPS today — SRT ingest isn't built yet, on any plan. Outbound custom destinations — where you supply your own URL and key — accept RTMP and RTMPS only too; SRT isn't a supported protocol there either. A live health monitor watches bitrate, dropped frames, and per-destination status the whole time you're on air. A backup/failover feed that keeps you live through a dropped primary connection is on our roadmap, not shipped — so if your connection drops, the session ends the way it would on almost any streaming platform.

Media & Entertainment FAQ

What production teams ask before moving distribution over

Production

Up to 8 simultaneous destinations on Business, and a custom cap on Enterprise — social platforms and your own RTMP endpoints together.

Yes — Custom RTMP channels push to any RTMP or RTMPS URL and stream key, not just the built-in platform logins.

For chat-capable destinations, yes — cross-platform chat aggregates their comments into a single panel, on every plan. YouTube chat works today; aggregation for the other native platforms (Twitch, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Kick) is on our roadmap.

Ingest and archive

Not yet, on any plan — encoders push to CastFork over RTMP or RTMPS. SRT ingest is on our post-v1 roadmap. Outbound custom destinations only accept RTMP and RTMPS URLs too; custom RTMP is available lower down, from Standard.

Right now a dropped primary connection ends the session, the way it would on almost any streaming platform — the live health monitor flags the drop as it happens. A backup/failover feed that keeps the broadcast alive across a source dropout is on our post-v1 roadmap, not shipped yet, on any plan.

30 days on Business; Enterprise gets a custom retention window built around your archival needs.
